Shipping Information

At Lera, each product is shipped directly from our artisan partners and trusted suppliers in India, ensuring that your piece reaches you straight from the hands that crafted it.


Worldwide Shipping

  • Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide!
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Custom duties and import taxes are not included. If applicable, these must be paid by the customer to the shipping provider at the time of delivery.
  • If duties/taxes are refused and the parcel is returned, the shipping and return fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Shipping -India

  • We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
  • Orders are shipped directly from our artisans and suppliers based in India.
  • Deliveries are processed Monday to Friday.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-working days.


Payment Information

At Lera, we are proudly registered in Canada and deeply rooted in India’s artisanal heritage. While our products are shipped directly from our artisan partners in India, all orders are processed securely through internationally trusted payment methods.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location. International orders typically take 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
