Global Orders 🌍

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on orders unless the item is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect product is sent.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at lera.india@outlook.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the issue
• Unboxing video if possible (for shipping damage claims)

We will assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement if applicable.

Please note:

• Duties, taxes, and customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refusing to pay customs fees may result in non-delivery; such cases are non-refundable.

Within India
For orders within India, we offer replacements only in the case of:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect item sent

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details. We do not offer returns for change of mind or minor imperfections due to the handmade nature of our products.
